a charming overnight stay

sized room comfortable bed lovely staff accommodating nature
i had a excellent value for money with a nice sized room and super comfortable beds it was. the staff are lovely and a family emergency did happen. they were so accommodating, we can't thank them enough for they care.
the room smells strongly like bleach when i arrived. i did opened the only window in the room, but it didn't seem to help at much. i ended up trying to muscle through it, but woke up with a major headache.

The room was spacious, clean and the beds were super comfortable. Staff were friendly and very accommodating when a family emergency occurred. The staff were helpful, and I am thankful for their kindness during the difficult situation.

iron service sunday roast tasty scratchings friendly staff
the staff provided an iron with an ironing board upon request. sunday roast dinner had a choice of three meats and all the trimmings at a decent price. warm pork scratchings were available and tasted good. staff members were very friendly and helpful, even when we missed our check out time, they were patient.
i found that the walls were a little thin, and noise carried easily from adjacent rooms.

totally awesome stay!

comfy beds friendly staff
the standard twin room was immaculate and a good size! the beds were super comfy, and i loved how big the pillows were. i also appreciated that the staff didn't rush us even when we slept through our alarm. they were helpful and really friendly throughout my stay!
the one thing that bothered me a bit was that the walls seemed kinda thin. i could hear noises from the other rooms, a little difficult to fall asleep!

The standard twin room had two beds. staff happily provided an ironing board and an iron, i appreciated that. i enjoyed the roast dinner served on sundays, it included a choice of three meats. warm pork scratchings were also available and very tasty. I tried them.

the location was acceptable for my needs.
My room lacked a window so ventilation was nonexistent. the pillows felt old and flat, offering little support. i woke up to find the power was out. Consequently, i could not make tea or have a warm shower. the phone number listed went unanswered.
